Shipping policy
We ship to addresses in the United States. Shipping is free and tracked on every order.
Processing and delivery
- Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.
- Delivery takes 7 to 12 business days after processing. Orders ship from our fulfilment partner's warehouse.
- You receive a tracking number by email as soon as the order ships. Tracking can take 2 to 4 days to show the first scan.
Address changes
Email glare0zero@gmail.com right away if you need to change the address. Once an order has shipped we cannot redirect it.
Lost, stolen or damaged packages
If tracking shows delivered and you cannot find the package, check with neighbours and your local carrier office, then email us. Orders with Shipping Protection are replaced free. For orders without it we work with the carrier on a case-by-case basis.
Multiple items
Items in one order may ship separately and arrive on different days.
