30-day money-back guarantee
If GlareZero does not work for you, contact us at glare0zero@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Keep the bottle; we do not ask you to ship it back.
How it works
- Email us with your order number and a line on what did not work.
- We confirm within 2 business days and refund to the original payment method.
- Refunds appear on your statement within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
Cancellations
Orders start processing right away. If you need to cancel, email us as soon as possible; if the order has not shipped we cancel and refund in full. If it has shipped, the 30-day guarantee above applies.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email a photo within 7 days of delivery and we send a replacement at no cost.
Shipping protection
Orders that added Shipping Protection at checkout are replaced free if the package is lost, stolen or damaged in transit. Email us with your order number.
